Slavery Today

Most of you believe that Abraham Lincoln abolished Slavery long before you were born and you would be wrong. He simply changed the way it is administered. I am going to illustrate this to you in a way that you can clearly understand that Slavery is more prevalent today than it was in Lincoln's day.

Lets suppose that in the blink of an eye...some supreme being could instantly make millionaires of every person on earth. Now you are a millionaire so what's the first thing you want to do? Go celebrate with dinner at an upscale restaurant...WRONG. The restaurant is closed, the cooks, waiters, hostess, dishwasher, and the owner are all now millionaires also. They too are out celebrating their new wealth. Okay, no restaurants are open, so why not travel to Europe...something you have always wanted to do...NOPE..More millionaires...pilots, flight attendants, ticket desk, etc, nobody is even building planes anymore...they're all millionaires, all out learning how millionaires live. Lets skip the European travel idea, and just buy a new car so you can travel the U.S. in style...No Again...no dealerships open, no cars on the lots, no sales people..THEY COULDN'T CARE LESS ABOUT YOUR MONEY!. Perhaps you should just get the old buggy tuned up, washed, new tires etc and make your trip that way...You've got it...nobody staffing those places either...they're all locked up. Well, lets just go home and think this over, perhaps just put a nice steak on with a glass of wine. You're catching on...supermarket is closed, wine shop is closed, bakery closed, everybody is a millionaire now, they are not interested in your money, just in enjoying the wealthy life.

Here is the point: For the rich, it is not enough to simply be rich...But it is essential that you keep others from becoming rich. There is no advantage to being rich unless you have slaves to take care of you. Every wonder why people like Bill Gates with his 40 plus billions keeps striving for more. He has billions yes...but unless he does his part to keep the masses poor, the Restaurants, car dealerships, airlines etc would cease operation. You are likely starting to see the picture come into focus now..WE ARE ALL SLAVES. The Rich permit us to earn enough money to feed ourselves and provide some sort of roof over our heads, so the establishment will have slaves to provide them all the comforts, and attend to their wishes. In today's world, it is simply not done with shackles...IT'S DONE WITH MONEY!

Your only choice is "WHAT TYPE OF SLAVE" you will be. You can be the household slave, meaning the rich permit you enough money to feed and cloth yourself, and a bed where you can rest in order to report for your next day's duties. You can move up a notch or two, mainly through education, to a "trustee-type" slave where you earn a little more...enough for the above plus an occasional movie, and maybe a Color TV. Study a little harder, and you may find yourself in a category where you can own a car, and take a vacation. The level you may rise to is very limited however, because the rich must keep you in check so they have someone to shine their shoes, cook their meals, wash their car, cut their grass, etc.

So you see, Slavery is much more prevalent today than in Lincoln's day. We still have bonded slaves (for life), uppity Slaves, who can enjoy a few comforts, Advanced slaves who can pull a boat behind their car...but all must report to work on Monday morning to keep the wheels turning for the rich. Slavery was not abolished...just the facade has been changed.
